“Our goal with Portola Bistro was to create a place where guests can enjoy high-quality food in a relaxed, welcoming setting,” says co-owner Dino Tekdemir. “We’ve taken the flavors we love and added our own twist, focusing on simple, fresh ingredients that make every dish memorable.”
