“Our goal with Portola Bistro was to create a place where guests can enjoy high-quality food in a relaxed, welcoming setting,” says co-owner Dino Tekdemir. “We’ve taken the flavors we love and added our own twist, focusing on simple, fresh ingredients that make every dish memorable.”
Allen Isik, co-owner, adds, “After the success of Barbayani Taverna, we wanted to bring something special to Portola Valley. It’s all about the community and creating a space where people feel at home, whether they’re enjoying a quiet meal or celebrating with friends and family.”
